Firefox 3.0 vista-aero Black Skin


I like Firefox 3, I like vista-aero 3, but the "purple" color in the navigation toolbar dislikes me so i decided to make it black, if you want the same, here are the steps:

1 Download and install Firefox 3

Mozilla Firefox <[link]

2 Download and install Vista-Aero Theme for Firefox 3 and apply the theme

Vista-Aero Theme <[link]

3 Install Hidemenubar add-on

Hide Menubar <[link]

4 Install Stylish Firefox add-on

Stylish <[link]

5 Download text file named Style included here

6 When Stylish is installed and the text file downladed, right click on the icon at the right side on the statusbar, click Write Style and then Blank Style, when the new window is open type whatever you want in the description box, but in the big text box under the description box copy and paste the text in the downlodaded text file


and now you have black navigation toolbar

I really love this style and it's worked out really well for me, until I got greedy. I FF3 template that has black vista-style tabs as well.

Any way you could help me integrate your nav bar into this theme?

I can help you, but i need to know if you want the toolbar with the buttons included in this theme, or with the buttons displayed in you theme preview and how i can mail or contact you, anyway right now im trying to insert this nav bar in your theme.

its fixed, but the new link send you to the official firefox add-ons and you can download the last version of vista-aero.

That's a pretty nice find! I'm using this code only with my black aero image: [link] :D

But hey, did you know that Vista-aero modifier works in firefox 3? One of my friends accidentally discovered that.
Download this [link] and drag it to addons window. (This works with the latest Vista-aero theme version)

Yours look nice, but you are using your black framed skin?? i tried before to use Vista-aero modifier and was incompatibility between Firefox and the add-on, but now im using it and works perfectly, thanks
